When you hit print, make sure to select booklet form, then from the binding section, select left:tall. To print this free meal planner properly, you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader, most computers have it as a default, but make sure you open it with your Adobe Reader or head HERE to download it if you don’t have it (don’t worry it’s free).

You can even print off two and have a 16 week planner instead of only 8 weeks, just fold and put the pages together. The finished booklet measures about 4.33″ wide x 8.25″ tall and is the perfect size to throw into even a smaller purse.
